It is highly user friendly software. It automatically creates tasks for me, wherever my attention is required. The system also shares recommended actions for all my customers which helps me manage my portfolio and be on top of my incentives. It also helps me to collaborate with my colleagues. I love CustomerSuccessBox.

It's a very powerful tool to manage a large number of clients under a single platform. It's easy to track client activities on regular basis and helps in taking proactive actions. Also, the newly introduced feature Sheldon [ai] provides Account level recommendations which are helpful to take proactive decisions.

CustomerSuccessBox is a valuable asset for every customer success manager and it is more than helpful for all the tracking functions it has. The trends of finance, product adoption, relationship, service all can be tracked extremely well so that a customer success manager doesn't need to worry on the fact that he has to look into everything from various places but can look at a one-stop solution like the customer success box.
