What is Dialpad Talk?

Dialpad Talk is a cloud communications UCaaS platform that provides users with integrated voice, video, and messaging capabilities from one unified interface. It integrates with the vendor's web conferencing product, UberConference, as well as with G Suite, Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Okta, and Zendesk.

Dialpad has four specialized product offerings that focus on customer/client engagement and communication.

Dialpad Talk: Business phone system with advanced features like voice recognition and call monitoring.

Dialpad Meetings: Web and video meetings with screen sharing and Voice Intelligence.

Dialpad Sell: Sales dialer built for inside sales teams' calls and coaching.

Dialpad Contact Center: Inbound and outbound call center.

This is an easy-to-learn, easy-to-use program. Having Brett help us with the rollout was so helpful. Steps for getting started are relatively self-explanatory and if not, we were able to get immediate assistance to help guide us.

This system is very easy to use. Put on the headphones, click answer and speak to your caller. Or, to make a call, the keypad is very user-friendly and it also keeps a tab of all callers and calls. This makes it very convenient if you speak with someone frequently.

The Dialpad app is very user friendly. It took very little time for even our most technically-challenged users to adopt it. Dialpad is also constantly upgrading their software so that functionality is gained. User adoption was really amazing. All it took was just making a few outbound calls and a few short videos to train our people.

Almost every feature is quite easy to use and understand. The only complaint I have is with the call recording features, it should be able to be controlled by the Admin instead of just the user so it can be turned on automatically and archived centrally.
