Dynatrace is often very prescriptive. Rather than understand customer issues and attempt to remediate, they suggest that we shouldn't be doing things the way we're doing them. While this might be helpful in the long-term, this is not a good customer-centered approach.

Dynatrace ONE support has been super responsive and quick to provide working sessions to determine where problems exist. The support team is willing to escalate within their network to expedite resolution. The support staff is generally knowledgeable and specialized with regard to the specific feature that is being utilized within Dynatrace.

The live chat is great. Wish it was available 24/7. Tickets tend to be a less desirable experience but that is not something that is exclusive to Dynatrace. Pretty standard. They do offer some pricey higher tier support models that I do not have experience with.

We do have premium support from dynatrace and it has worked like a charm. We also engaged profession services to engage in the role of providing additional support. The online support has been exceptional as well. Of course, at times, we get responses like this feature is not supported or not yet available and will be available at a later date. We have submitted a few requests for enhancement as well and it gets voted up or down by the community.

When it comes to support - they do respond right away. I have three ways to get answers when I have an issue. One way is called Dynatrace One where you can send an email with your problem and you get an answer back within a few minutes. The second way is to open up a ticket within their ticket system and they respond back to those within that day. The last way is to contact our sales team - they will get the right people to help us out.

It was good when our dyntrace managed team contact for any issues, they were responded within short time and also they work till providing a permanent fix. Also the customization required for the users were brought to their attention and found that they were able to help to some extent to satisfy our customers

The support is an expert service. They are quick in resolving and assisting the team. This service is much faster and better than our experience with other software vendors like Oracle. Also, the onsite expert services personnel help us guard our mission-critical and high business impact applications and services without any hindrances.

It has been an excellent tool for monitoring traffic and debugging requests and their response time. It is very responsive and easy to setup. It provides a very good user interface to track your requests. It provides you a quick and easier way to troubleshoot performance problems which help to debug efficiently.

Given that Dynatrace has become an informal industry standard, the plethora of information available on forums is massive. Most problems or roadblocks you come across are most likely (almost certainly, in fact) already solved and solutions available on these forums. The tech support at Dynatrace is also quite good, with prompt and knowledgeable people at their end.

Dynatrace support is great. The forums contain a lot of useful info, but when you have an issue or question and you really require help, the support team is really there for you. Info is correct and within time. Sometimes they even create specific fix-packs just for you. They are available when you need help.
