It is well suited for end to end encrypted meetings which can continue for longer duration without any interruption or connection loss, the connection and setting of a meeting is easy and new users can also easily understand without putting lot of efforts, on the other hand they should work more on optimization where it can work well on low bandwidth.

It is perfect for hosting a web session with multiple participants, especially in cases where the need to transfer any files is not present. It's also a fantastic tool for supporting clients remotely, allowing screen sharing and remote control rather easily. However any form of an implementation/deployment that would require files being sent over to a client would require the use of an additional solution. We typically kept GoTo Assist around for this purpose, leveraging several of the GoTo products to meet our overall needs.

GoTo Meeting is suited for business looking for an great alternative to Zoom, Skype for Business, BlueJeans, etc. In this day and age video conferencing is a necessity to any business and GoTo Meeting does a great job at connecting your business's solution to client problems and keeping the relationship thriving when you can't be physically at their offices.

GoTo is best suited in a work environment especially since the world is evolving working from home may be more prominent so this software helps for people to continue doing as much as if they were actually at work. If Goto plans to eventually become more accessible for casual calls amongst friends and family then a lot would be needed but as of right now its ok.

I use the tool a lot and its an amazing tool, its a very simple tool I can use for conference calls, meetings and teams chat with my coworkers.
It has a marvelous user interface and screen sharing features are very helpful.

It is a lot cheaper compared to other similar tools.

File transfer is the best I've used so far, works like a charm

GoTo Meeting is well suited for meetings of a certain size. Once you start to get to the larger scale meetings with many participants you want to ensure that there will not be any technical issues with the meeting (non broadband issues). GoTo Meeting for mobile devices is well suited as well.

We have approximately 500 employees in multiple states, and GoTo Meeting allows us the opportunity to reach everyone at one time with a simple-to-set-up, simple-to-log-on meeting capability. While GoTo Meeting is very basic, it works just fine and costs less than Zoom. For workplace meetings, it does the job and saves money. Works with Outlook calendar easily. But if you want more options and bells/whistles, then you might end up back with Zoom like we did. It does not include blurring background as an option, which matters a lot for those of us who work from home often!

For a simple online meeting with someone external, I would highly suggest using GoTo meetings. It's fast and simple to organize the meeting without any dependencies like additional SW, add-ons, or anything else. For bigger meetings (50+ participants), I would go either with Webex or Teams; GoTo meetings can be a little bit slow in these cases.

It's a great tool for internal meetings where you want to keep information secure and confidential. I've had no problems with that so far, however, there have been times when I have not been able to have the full control of sharing that I would've liked. Crashes have also happened.

Easy yet powerful application for video calling that can scale from small groups who are unfamiliar with the app to large enterprise groups of sophisticated users. I've used GoTo Meeting successfully for everything from meeting with the local Homeowners Association to hosting client meetings with up to 25 users (although the app can easily accommodate many more). Once users have completed the download and installed the app, it's all pretty straightforward from there. Comparing to MS Teams where sound and video can go in/out, GoTo Meeting is exceptionally dependable and intuitively easy to use.

We feel that GoTo Meeting is really in its element when it comes to ease of use and how simple it is to operate and become familiar with the GUI and environment. It is fantastic as a collaboration tool bringing voice, data, text, and video together in a workable format. Document sharing and screen sharing for presentations and teaching are particularly noteworthy features and have greatly enhanced productivity and work effectiveness/efficiency. The versatility of the application has allowed mobile users to join desktop colleagues and those who have accessed the application through a Web browser on collaborative calls, which has worked particularly well. Finally, we've been very impressed with the reliability and trustworthiness of live and recorded video and audio feeds.

Any web-conferencing or outbound calls are great to use GoTo Meeting. It has all the bells and whistles you need to create and manage meetings, and while my functional use was for Sales Calls, I can see more areas in which it can be more beneficial, like Internal Company Announcements or Virtual Social Events.

In low-speed internet, earlier tools were not very effective, and calls get disconnected automatically. This tool works properly even with low internet connectivity. It holds a call without failure, which helps to save your data if you are presenting something on the screen.
