Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting

GoTo Meeting is one of our online meeting tools/solutions, next to some other default ones, like Webex or MS Teams. Every user has it installed by default, and it's useable to organize online meetings with other colleagues or external parties. The scope of using it is to have more than 1 or 2 solutions/technologies for online meetings.
  • Organizing the online meetings (scheduler).
  • Technically robust (audio and video streaming).
  • Secure connection between parties.
  • User interface could be improved.
  • Login/connection speed at the start is slow.
  • More languages could be added.
  • Employee satisfaction is higher with another choice of tool.
  • We are not relying technically only on one solution.
  • Competition between the vendors are good for anyone (prizes).
For online meetings with a few participants (50-), I would go with GoTo Meetings; it's fast and simple to schedule the meeting without any dependencies on any SW or addon. On the other hand, Webex is more robust and reliable in big meetings with a lot of participants (speed-wise).

For a simple online meeting with someone external, I would highly suggest using GoTo meetings. It's fast and simple to organize the meeting without any dependencies like additional SW, add-ons, or anything else. For bigger meetings (50+ participants), I would go either with Webex or Teams; GoTo meetings can be a little bit slow in these cases.
