An Honest GoTo Meeting Review
- It provided the solution it promised
- All end users were able to use without much training
- Provided a reliable service
- Easy to administer
- Having GoTo Meeting has reduced the time spent on inefficient multiple calls with the external parties
- Having no possibility to have a private chat room in a meeting with external parties, the internal teams have to use a different chat application to have a separate private discussion, which consumes time
- The possibility of sharing the document in real-time has reduced the inefficiency of mistakes of sharing required files after the meeting

Oldie but goodie
- None at the present time. It’s another tool in the box, kept mostly for older users who say that like they say “BandAid” or “Xerox”.

GoTo Meeting - From Essential Tool to Also Ran
- A decade ago GoTo Meeting was a great find. Support, recordings, etc.
- Unfortunately, GoTo Meeting is now an also-ran in a crowded space.
