Overall Satisfaction with 6sense

We use 6Sense to reach accounts that are engaging with our online activities. We also use to help BDRs [Business Development Representative] to score accounts engagement and based on that
engagement to prioritize what accounts to go after.

  • Syncing 6sense segments to Marketing automation platform and sending tailor made communication based on a buying stage
  • Hard to track the attribution since 6sense is reporting on engagement
  • Shorter selling cycle
  • Increases visibility into a "dark funnel" accounts and helps discovering potential customers
6Sense helps us not only helps us to discover internet signals that we do not have visibility, such as searched terms and other online activity, but also allows us to score that activity and links individual activities to the account.
We use engagement grade metric to allow us to understand what contacts of the account in a buying stage are the best ones to reach out.
Really great technical support, helped us not only create our advertising model but also continuously guides us through the process and participates in implementation.
Fairly easy to use and setup segments, advertising. Not very complicated onboarding process.

It works well for us (a large organization) prioritizing our accounts and not losing the momentum when the account is most engaged. Based on a search terms and online activity it also allow us to build custom engagement and journeys for those accounts that are not in a "buying stage" yet.
