Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work

8x8 makes it difficult for us move between different computers, locations as well as different accounts, especially when integrated with Hubspot and Google Ads. It doesn't report the calls from Google Ads as a source and sometimes, reports the calls twice when parked, transferred, etc.

At that time, it was the solution the 8x8 team had suggested. We had an account manager who had recommended using 8x8 Contact Center for our needs.

8x8 is great for big teams that have a bigger team to troubleshoot the issues constantly and help them customize the flows while keeping compliance in consideration. It is not great for SMEs who have limited resources and need to spend hours in digging information.
