We are using the Acquia Digital Experience platform to create, manage and update website content. This product enables us to market our products, services, and other offerings. Its modularity also enables us to implement and embed additional content such as 3D models viewable in AR, mapping functionality, and contact form to assist with customer queries. It’s an integral part of our online presence but it also serves as a knowledge-sharing portal for those employees who are interested in the business unit and its dealings.

I received a training session of two hours and since then I’ve been able to create, edit and publish pages immediately. This means that we can reference our latest offerings with customers almost instantly after launch. We’re also able to engage with our broader audience by sharing the site links to LinkedIn and begin customer conversations from there too.
