We are using Act-On for our internal email marketing initiatives, but also for all of our clients as well. We have operated 100's of Act-On accounts. Compared side by side with many of the other providers Act-On wins. We have found their customer support and product superior to many other ESP and Marketing Automation houses that we have tried.

- Act-On's automated program feature has made it possible to nurture email recipients based on specific interactions for much longer with more insight that with other platforms we have used.
- Automated Program Reporting could be better. This has been addressed because Act-On and it's great customer support has manually helped create weekly reports for our review, but the automated program reporting definitely could be a little better.
