Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
Currently, we use Active Campaign for two companies: Escuela de Arte Online LLC and Nissimoo Enterprises LLC. We use it mainly for automation and autoresponders since it allows us to maintain an ongoing conversation with our current clients and to warm up new clients with welcome emails, downloads, freebies, discounts, and whatnot. Also, AC integrates seamlessly with all our other platforms so the process of taking new people through our customer journey and turning them into returning clients is fairly easy and automated.

Everything we sent with Mailchimp ended up in spam. We’re not sure why, maybe it even wasn’t the program's fault but it happened. The minute we changed to AC the open rate of our emails skyrocketed. Also, it was a lot easier to use and understand. The user experience design of the platform is very intuitive, while with Mailchimp we had a hard time understanding where to go to get things done. In AC we had the option of changing from where the emails were being sent, which also looks a lot more professional and clean. And above all: automation in AC are the best.
