Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
ActiveCampaign saves so much time & allows us to provide superior service to our clients after settlement, including thank yous, reminders & introducing key contacts at specific stages.
It is also really beneficial as a marketing solution & we specifically use it for webinars - reminders, follow-ups, etc.
It is mainly used by 1 person/department but benefits many other departments.
My favorite feature has to be the SMS integration with Twilio.

- Service - Awesome live chat
- Integrations
- Ease of use
- Two way messaging with Twilio would be beneficial
- Responses from Twilio Messages showing in the client contact history
- A way to set specific timeframes for email/Twilio SMS so you don't have to add a waiting stage before each step of an automation
- Ability to update email signature with one click (i.e. not going individually into every email
- It has allowed us to automate webinars which have had a significant impact on our sales
- It has allowed us to automate an email about a referral scheme, which has brought in more clients
- It has meant that we spend less time organizing & individually communicating with clients, meaning less wage expenditure
- Mailchimp and HubSpot CRM
Hubspot seemed really complicated, I found ActiveCampaign much easier to set up & the support is instant & well above expectation. Hubspot sales team are very pushy & it makes me feel really uncomfortable - they still contact me a year after advising it wasn't the right fit. It is also about 10 x the cost of ActiveCampaign.
Mailchimp is too basic.
I love the way ActiveCampaign is set out, just makes it so easy to follow.
