Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

ActiveCampaign is used throughout the whole organization for marketing automation, sales administration, and contact relationship management. We are also sending our email campaigns via this application. Thanks to ActiveCampaign we can track all our trial and demo requests from the very first contact until the deal is closed. Also, assign tasks to colleagues related to the sales process is made easy within ActiveCampaign.

The integration of both marketing automation and sales logging (CRM) in ActiveCampaign for a very competitive price makes ActiveCampaign the best option from our point of view. Insightly had very limited marketing automation options and was mainly serving as a CRM, while HubSpot offered a lot of comparable functionality, although was in terms of pricing much more expensive.
