Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We are in implementation moving on from QuickBooks.
Immediate value adds for us are DRP, which is removing a lot of work from our demand planners, and allowing them to focus on more fruitful tasks. Also, we are utilizing the warehouse management functionality to introduce scanners to our warehouse, enabling much better inventory accuracy and reducing our spreadsheet reliance.

- Created a new cultural atmosphere of tackling the source of the problems instead of temporary fixes

Acumatica DRP has helped us to take control of our ordering and move away from tedious spreadsheets.
It was the most user-friendly & intuitive. Also the active community helped aid the decision as we are very confident that the software will continue to improve over time.
