Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat Sign
Working with a remote team, Adobe Acrobat Sign proves very useful. It helps lessen duplicate of files and losing track of where in the process the file is. It tracks who needs to sign and in what order, possibly eliminating a lot of emailing. Also there is only one file, so no need to save, fill in, and save as a new file. It keeps everything streamlined.

Product usability is the single most important factor because it wouldn't prove efficient if other users can't figure out how to sign and move it forward in the process. It would prove to be more work and stress to deal with instead of making our lives easier.
