Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Campaign

A great tool for aligning all of our marketing efforts through email, push notifications, SMS marketing, etc. By managing these campaigns all in one place we are able to make sure that all of our messaging is aligned. We use this across our whole organization though it is definitely concentrated in our sales and marketing team to complete marketing and sales materials.It solves the problem of keeping track of all of our different marketing efforts through different platforms.

Adobe Campaign has way better functionality which is why we chose this tool. The HubSpot interface is definitely better, but Adobe Campaign has more features and functionality, plus our team was already familiar with Adobe tools so utilizing this tool was easier.

The interface is definitely a bit harder to learn at first which is why the usability score is lower. Once you get familiar with it, however, then it becomes much more usable. If you are familiar with other Adobe tools this definitely also helps to lessen the learning curve that exists.
The customer support is wonderful and is very helpful. They can answer any questions for you and the response time is relatively fast. That is definitely one of the reasons that we chose this software over competitors.
Adobe Campaign is well-suited for a cross channel marketing campaign that takes place over several different channels and needs to be aligned. An example would be a campaign that utilizes an SMS list, email list, social media, etc. If you are just wanting to create a very detailed email campaign with automation, for example, this may not be the best tool to use.
