Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Campaign

We tried out Adobe Campaign to manage our mail outs for whole school events, parent publications and communications.
We considered it for our enrolments communications, to handle new parent welcome email journeys and follow up paperwork requests.
this made sense as we already use Adobe in our school for staff and student work. So it made sense to investigate it.
  • A full featured application
  • Analytics
  • The interface was a bit clunky.
  • Must have technical ability to code up some designs.
  • Sometimes slow to load.
  • Allows a lot for design options
  • Interface could use an overhaul
In the end we didn’t go with Adobe Campaign.
Although it offers great a great tool set that is very flexible. You do need someone on staff that know Adobe products to get the full utilisation out of it. Ultimately what it came down to for us was that because we had a small team, an off the shelf solution was more appropriate at this time.

Do you think Adobe Campaign delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Adobe Campaign's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Campaign live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Adobe Campaign go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Adobe Campaign again?

Yes

The overall look and feel is a bit corporate.
Usability should allow for the simplest staff member to make a great, high quality mail out.
data connections are a little tricky to set up so this requires a highly skilled staff member to handle this.
dashboards Are a little clunky.
I did not need to contact support for this product.
Adobe do have a great community forum where you can find answers to the questions you have. This community is very close to the same resolutions that we find in the form support tickets from the Adobe helpdesk. Thank you.
Adobe Campaign would suit a large scale business with a design and marketing department. The tool set is vast and flexible, but you must know what you’re doing in order to create standout mail outs and marketing material. in the end is was less appropriate for our school as our marketing department was 2 people. So choosing an out of box service that was more user friendly worked for us. I could see that in the future we could move to Adobe Campaign as our marketing department grows to support the schools comms needs.
