Use Cases and Deployment Scope

[It's a] Great tool we use for templates and guidance when looking to complete professional level projects. This tool has lots of options that in traditional Adobe fashion, are pretty user-friendly and robust. I enjoy that it ties in nicely to the other Adobe suite of products. We use it across several teams.

Several other tools out there but Adobe is easy to use, ties in nicely with other Adobe tools and is a ubiquitous product. Adobe has excellent support, which makes it easy to reach out and get help when needed. Rarely any bugs and I love that it is mobile friendly.

Support Rating

Great customer experience, Adobe has tons of help options from chat to call to email. They also are a large enough company that you can google some of your help desk questions to find support on other forums.

Great for creating training tools for staff or clients. We use it both internally and externally to create easy learning tools on complex topics. It makes sharing workflows and e-learning accessible to everyone at any level. Easy to use. Need to create a company wide training program? THis tool would be great for that.
