ADP is a solid payroll choice, but customer service needs improvement!

Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use Workforce Now Time and Attendance (including Sick and Vacation time) across the entire company. The HR team uses it for additional tracking and reporting on job levels, grades, compensation, etc.
- Time and attendance tracking works well for our employees at a variety of locations.
- It allows us the flexibility to have multiple entities and customized fields.
- Since it's cloud based, it makes it easy to access the information from anywhere.
- Customer service is really poor. There are tickets we have opened that it takes days and weeks to hear anything back at all on. We have a recent example where they fixed the issue within 2 days (great!) but didn't reach out to let us know that the issue had been resolved &/or why the issue happened in the first place.
- More streamlined processes. When an employee moves from one entity to another within the company, it is a very cumbersome process within the system. You have to term and then completely re-enter them in the system. There are many examples like this where it just seems like there should be a better, more efficient way to handle it.
- I don't have any specific numbers to share. What I can share is that the cloud functionality has given us peace of mind that the data is accessible and secure.
- Time and attendance helps us to easily track vacation and sick time and the approval process works well for us.
- We have also utilized a functionality for ADP to connect to our Talent Management system which is a huge time savings for that information to flow over for all new hires, manager changes, title changes and comp changes.
Our HR team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. -
- Employee led benefits enrollment has been a huge time saver for us.
- Now that we've built the reports in the system that we need, we do have all the information we need at our fingertips.
- The automation of data flowing to our Talent Management system is also a huge time saver and prevents human error in duplicate entry.
- The self-serve functionality of ADP allows employees to get the information they need from anywhere.
I have not used other payroll systems in my career. Only ADP.
