Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is being used primarily by the HR and Payroll department. Employees mainly utilize ADP for self-service changes such as personal information and updating open enrollment elections once per year. It helps to address cohesion between our manufacturing plants and international subsidiaries.

  • Performance Dashboard - Customization
  • Approval Processes - Customization
  • Reduction of paper charts.
  • Ease of manual administration of open enrollment.
ADP is constantly updating their procedures.
  • Fidelity Investments (401k, HSA, Student Debt)
  • IFS for employee information and reporting relationships
Carrier Connections works mostly with your service provider to establish feeds going over. It mostly takes a week or so to get things up and running once all information is secured.
More suited for basic operations like processing payroll, basic employment information.
Not well suited for customizing processes to match your business needs.
