Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP for payroll, talent, onboarding, as well as an information tool for employees. We use ADP across our organization. ADP solves our payroll and talent needs.
  • Talent - Easy to review applicants and post openings.
  • Payroll - Easy to use and easy access for employees to view pay, pay history, etc.
  • Talent - Not easy to gather complete applicant report with attachments .
  • The worst is getting any help from help desk. If you can't figure it out yourself, you are stuck.
  • Easy tool for payroll processing.
  • Reduced the calls from employees for information.
It is easy to use and works with our growing organization.
Workday offers more detailed applications.
ADP is a good tool for payroll as well as a place to "house" applications. ADP is a terrible tool to view complete organization - it is only good for simple charts.
