Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP is being used across the company by all employees for time keeping and pay, employee records, PTO and Sick tracking, benefits and 401k. ADP holds all our information and keeps our human resources and accounting departments running smoothly and keeps all the information we may need at our fingertips.Its extremely important to my job and they also help keep us to date with current laws and changes. They may my life and job so much easier.
Pros
- Law changes and compliance
- Housing employee information
Cons
- I still believe reporting is a little difficult/not user friendly
- Not being able to adjustment past information (such as time sheets)
- ADP has helped keep use compliant which keeps us from getting fines and/or paying employees incorrectly.
- It has helped to create better flow of information from HR, to managers to employees.
- Our recruiting system (not sure what it's called, as I am not in recruiting)
- Accounting has integrated systems as well
ADP seems to flow better and is more user friendly and visually pleasing.
