Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
It is being used across the organization. It reduces the amount of paper transactions, acts as a document repository, and serves as an intranet.
- Organized Quarterly Reporting - ADP also alerts us to the need for county filings.
- Vacation/Personal Requests - System will track and calculate vacation based on your requirements.
- ADP Pay statement Notification emails - they offer a link to the former ADP website, not the Workforce Now site.
- Benefit statements - They do not display cost to employee by pay periods - only monthly costs.
- We saved money to change payroll companies.
- Visual Manufacturing
ADP pulls in a file from Visual so we may process payroll.
CPP is very antiquated - forced us to issue physical checks to all employees even if they had direct deposit, had ZERO capability to create your own reports, not all reports were able to be converted to Excel.
