Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We fully utilize ADP Workforce Now to nearly the fullest extent. We have all the features from time and attendance, recruitment, background screening, performance management, and onboarding. We own 3 companies and all 3 use ADP Workforce Now. I like that everything integrates throughout the system and the reporting is super helpful when I have finance and other executives asking for information quickly.
Pros
- Consistent experience across the platform/easy to use - i.e. recruitment looks like the benefit portal and onboarding - same functions.
- Helpful call support/dedicated account manager especially reporting support - ADP has 1,000's of clients and they make you feel like you're the only one.
Cons
- I've used UltiPro and what I like about that is you don't have to go to 3 different screens to look for employee info and also when running payroll in UP you can edit the checks directly and not do batches.
- Time and attendance customization - we have very complex pay policies and I'd like to be able to add different fields to the timecards.

Mutual of Omaha had limitations on their end, not ADP's.
I had used UltiPro for about 9 years and when I came here they already had ADP Workforce Now for 1 of the 3 companies. I liked ADP so I implemented it across the other 2 companies. As mentioned previously, I like UltiPro's payroll process/flow better (i.e. edit checks directly no batches). I also like once you choose an employee, UltiPro pulls up all their profile with tabs instead of moving around to pay, employment, and personal pages.
