Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce now across the entire organization. It is useful in having all personal information in one spot as well as annual reviews, personal and departmental goals, and any promotions, demotions, etc. to reference without having to dig through files. It is limited and somewhat confusing on reporting some metrics but there are several reports available in order to drill down to what you might need.
  • Data in one spot.
  • Tracking of earned time off and used time off.
  • Detailed Reports.
  • Reports are not user friendly to generate or even selecting the correct ones.
  • Multiple users should be able to view the same people no matter who the manager assigned is.
  • Converting temps to fulltime associates should be much easier.
  • Tracking of job codes and downloading to WMS for reporting needs could be better.
  • 70% ROI.
  • 50% increase in candidate recruiting.
  • 20% increase in positive annual reviews over using pen and paper.
It is a useful system with many functions but to obtain support after hours when dealing with overseas implementation was somewhat challenging. This is why the rating of an 8 was given. Once support was obtained, the implementation went off without a hitch. The platform has not had any issues so far.

Integration consisted of needing to pull hours in specific job functions and pair it to the KPI metrics. In all three systems, the capability to do this was there but ADP did not work very well with SAP when trying to merge the information together.

After hours support for integration overseas was challenging. During business hours the support team was knowledgeable and helpful. They provide the tools in order to answer questions and will even go live streaming when required. The online support is helpful in instances where there may be long wait times or other obstacles preventing a live agent to assist right away.

The 8 rating is a result of reporting not being user friendly as well as not being able to assign multiple managers to people in order to allow the viewing of an individuals record by many people. The tracking of time off accrued and used is a huge benefit as well as the ability to have all reviews, personal and departmental goals, and any other pertinent information in one spot.

COVID-19 Response

We did not use ADP for any covid crisis situations except for the ability to track the FFCRA time off and pay that was issued per person. The notes section was a good reference area but nothing else was available for use at the time for tracking or support for covid.
