Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is used in my center and in about fifteen other centers under the same umbrella. I use it for payroll, tracking hours, staff signing in using facial recognition, onboarding, time and attendance, all employee documents, and more. I haven't experienced any major issues as of yet. They are always available to assist when needed.
  • Keeping track of employee records
  • Alerting me when needed
  • Ease in Payroll processing
  • I have a lot of trouble with the disciplinary section
  • Required fields are not always starred (*)
  • Some of the wording can be confusing
I am not sure I fully understand this software nor was I aware it was available.
  • Disciplinary section for employees
  • Employee documents
  • I-9 management
Everything was an easy transition.
We used Paychex prior to ADP Workforce Now, and it was just for payroll processing. We did not use it for time and attendance, [...] onboarding, or any of the extra features that we use ADP Workforce Now for. I was happy to combine many different systems into one.

Do you think ADP Workforce Now delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with ADP Workforce Now's feature set?

Yes

Did ADP Workforce Now live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of ADP Workforce Now go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy ADP Workforce Now again?

Yes

Every time I call support, they are very helpful. Even when my support rep is unavailable, I [can] receive assistance from someone else in the proper department. Sometimes, I wish that one person [could] help instead of being transferred to each specific department. Sometimes the wait time on hold can be long. Overall I [can] get help with whatever issue I am having in a timely manner.
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
Payroll and time and attendance [are] very easy to do and understand. I often help my colleagues with different functions and procedures. Some verbiage is confusing and difficult to understand. For example, the word "archive" is used often, but I am not sure where it goes once I archive an item. [Electronic] I-9 management is difficult to completely understand.
