Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP WFN for Payroll processing, recruitment & hiring, time and attendance and performance.
  • Timekeeping
  • Payroll processing
  • Time off could be better implemented by giving users the ability to edit better, such as errors, etc.
  • The ability for users to line up changes such as pay classes rather than having to call every time.
  • Employee work flow changes could be smoother.
  • Payroll processing is easier thru ADP.
I think this has helped our different departments and is user-friendly for the most part.

Support is pretty good, however, I would say that I spend a lot more time on the phone with them than I really should in order to fix issues or get guidance on how to do things.
Some processes could be more user-friendly, and easier to use. Workflows, date changes, some information disappears when you need to change an incorrect hire date. Not having to adjust history every time you want to make a change or having to manually update the date every time you finish input on a person's profile.
