Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use it for everything from clocking in/out, paying our employees, and housing our HR files and checking electronically our i9's.

  • I wish the scheduling piece was better explained
  • I wish that there were more tutorials on how to do things

  • I would say some things take so much of my time that it isn't worth it to research

I like how we can make things custom to our industry and also how we can add different features we are not paying for things we don't use.

It can be hard to get a hold of someone. The hold and wait times are long when an urgent matter arises. I wish I could "ghost" in as an employee to help them with what they are seeing.
I think that ADP is perfect for businesses. It wouldn't be well suited for a small 1 employee type situation, but the robust information is great.
