Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use ADP Workforce Now to process payroll and keep track of employees' information. I am the only regular user, although my colleague is my backup and she uses it when I am on vacation or sick leave.

The dashboard is not terribly easy for me to change and update
The email invitations to employees seem like spam to several employees
I wish direct deposit prenotes happened more quickly

Return on Investment

Takes far less time to process payroll
Electronic messaging to ADP is far quicker than calling and staying on hold
Downloading reports is easy and fast
