Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We're currently implementing ADP WFN to automate and streamline our payroll and HR processes.
  • Time & attendance.
  • Reporting.
  • Automation.
  • State tax withholding is limited to a range of $1-$999 - we pay monthly and have highly compensated employees, so this is not ideal.
  • Too soon to fully determine, but expect it to be significant in terms of automating manual payroll processes.
Headcount increases don't significantly impact the workload using ADP WFN.

Once import templates were created, it was easy to carry out routinely.
ADP WFN has proven its quality over time and has remained competitive in the marketplace keeping up with new features and functionality provided by other products.

Support has been the biggest drawback for me as I tend to be more knowledgeable and familiar with functionality than those providing support.
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Sage 100cloud (formerly Sage 100 ERP)
It's well suited for any size business, especially well with hourly employees.
