Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP is mainly used by our Payroll department to track and distribute employee payment, while also being used by all employees as a resource to view paystubs, sign up for benefits during open enrollment, use and keep track of vacation days, and other functions of that sort. It allows our Payroll team to ensure that all employees receive what they earn, at the correct time.
- Clear, modern, and user friendly UI
- Allows employees to sign up for benefits and use vacation days very easily
- Allows for Clocking in and out easily
- Loading times can be long
- Can't search for employees by ID number in basic search
- Some menu items seem redundant
- Much less mistakes made in Payroll
- HR and Payroll do not get as many questions about using vacation days and benefits
- Tracking employee working hours is more accurate
Was not present for the initial integration, but it works great. Anything put into SAP rolls into ADP overnight, ensuring it has the most up to date information.
ADP Workforce Now is simply way more user friendly than Paylocity, with a much simpler and more modern looking UI, for both users and Admins. Paylocity's interface was just way too complicated and old looking, for that alone we decide to go with ADP Workforce Now to avoid having to deal with employee confusion an poor onboarding.
