Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

In our organization, we use ADP Workforce Now to manage our HR and Payroll functions. In one simple Dashboard, I am able to view edit, and derive reporting material regarding human capital and their salaries. This makes it much easier as opposed to filing paperwork and keeping hard copy records.

This program is multi-purposeful, It has the ability to store all vital information securely while also helping our payroll team with more accuracy and efficiency in the payroll process. It also helps HR track who is on leave and who is active.

Very simple and easy process to integrate these systems.
ADP is a lot simpler and easier to use yet has more depth than any of these products. ADP offers a wide variety of value to many of our different departments and implementing it has been incredibly easy and the managers seem to really like it as well. This program provides more value to our organization than any other software we have used.

ADP does everything that you need it to do in an HR department and helps you do it with ease which is the main reason why this program is something I highly recommend to other organizations. ADP has made everyone's life in our organization a lot easier and we are glad to have made this purchase.
We have all our employee's private information stored in a single easy-to-access program. We also have all the benefits information we need to reflect Desjardin's benefits system. It also serves to show how [many] hours employees worked so it makes payroll function easier and very helpful in calculating tax automatically.
