We use everything from ATS and Onboarding through to payroll, time & attendance, and benefits administration. ADP WFN solves nearly the full suite of HR systems that we provide to our employees.

Employee self-service has been great.
Limited functionality on mobile devices.

Scalability

While we have not had to scale the service, I can see how it could easily be transitioned up or down as a company changes.

Systems Integrated With

Unum Benefits API.

Extremely easy integration of Unum benefits due to API functionality. And Unum and ADP did all of the work during implementation for me.

While you can reach specific teams to help with individual issues, we have struggled with consistently being unable to reach our dedicated account manager when needed.

If you are a larger enterprise and need payroll and benefits admin, this is nearly a perfect fit. Smaller shops may experience some cost issues due to the robust size of the system, which does not always suit lower-revenue companies.

WorkForce Now has been good for us.
