Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use the Human Capital Management, Payroll, Time Off, Essential Time, ACA Reporting, and Benefits. This product helps with Annual Open Enrollment, Time-Keeping Management for our employees, benefit deductions for efficient payroll. Also, the time off is essential in keeping up with 100+ employees annually. It is great in calculating the time off so it does not have to be manually calculated every payroll.

With the help with G/L Interface, the uploading of payroll information to our accounting software is simple.
ADP is well developed and customer service is by far the best that I have experienced. ADP also provides CPE for CPAs.

ADP Workforce Now is well suited for mid-to-large companies that need to track time, process payroll, benefits, and time off. It is less appropriate for smaller companies as they may not fully utilize all of the modules to pay for the service.
