Overall Satisfaction with Agorapulse
We are a social media marketing agency that uses Agorapulse every day, 12 hours a day, 365 days a year. It is used by our community management team. We have 31 profiles and 12 users - soon to be 45 profiles with 20 users. It helps us streamline all incoming communications so they come through one platform and we aren't having to check each profile individually.
Pros
- Separate inboxes for each profile.
- Easy communication between users/team members.
- Live chat function - Someone always on hand to help you if you have a problem.
- Automatic tagging.
- Saved replies.
- Profanity filter.
Cons
- If a message is assigned to someone and you reply to it, it automatically un-assigns the message and puts it in the "all" inbox.
- We've found it a lot cheaper than other products on the market and with a lot more features to boot.
Agorapulse has the best price, best features, best functionality, and best support.
