Overall Satisfaction with AlphaSense
I use AlphaSense for broker reports, earnings call transcripts and to access some premium news content, which is not accessible on google for free. The broker reports help in understanding the industry perspective on various market events, for example drug approval, launch, any termination, etc. I have also used the newly added expert call transcripts and felt it useful to back the data from secondary sources. Overall, AlphaSense serves best to generate the insights, external opinions and provides access to vast amount of data.
- Acts as great search engine for all relevant insights/ data across major sources
- Quick access to investor call transcripts, KOL interviews and broker reports
- Alerts for key reports and topics to stay up to date with industry events and trends
- Add more expert calls with critical questions
- Market research polls for pharma drug therapies would be great to see
- Syndicate reports by external analysts for more insights into particular industry
- Access to external opinions provided deeper insights on the competitive strategies, which were initially built only on secondary data
- Identified early market trends through analyst commentary and broker reports
- With access to wide range of sources, assigning confidence level to information became easier
Always served as great tool for writing critical insights in the quarterly reports and CI landscapes, these reports then plug into overall business strategy and shapes the decision making.
