Overall Satisfaction with Asana

Asana was used to help various departments in our company organize tasks and collaborate with other teams. It was used for sorting daily tasks and project tasks as well.

We ended up moving to Zendesk because we switched ticketing systems and Zendesk has the same functionality that Asana has. We would have stayed on Asana had Zendesk not had the same functions.

Yes

Asana is great for organizing and setting up tasks for multiple teams. It's good for setting up daily and longer-term tasks for employees. It has a very simple team structure. We just had some issues with mobile use but otherwise a fine product.
