Overall Satisfaction with Ascentis HR

Ascentis HR is being used by Administrative and HR personnel only. The process is used for our HR tool for employee management relating to our Time and separate Payroll functions.
  • Allows tracking of employee enablement or disablement of Time function.
  • Incorporates capability of integrating employee personnel info with service retention, benefits eligibility, attendance, etc.
  • Easy onboarding.
  • Occasionally information from Ascentis HR does not pass to Time module correctly.
  • Don't see much impact Ascentis HR has on our school's ROI.
Personally, I preferred ADP. Much easier to use.
My use of Ascentis HR support has been good. Representatives were knowledgeable, helpful and professional.
Would not say support has been exceptional, but good.
Employee onboarding process and tracking personnel info.
