Overall Satisfaction with AT Internet
It's being used by the D&E department and probably elsewhere in product teams. It is being used by a wide range of user types, from users with low technical/data proficiency to users with high/professional level technical/data proficiency. It allows us to see at a glance where users are using products. It allows us to make decisions around prioritizing features.
- Very granular, can dig down and see almost individual users.
- Interface looks friendly.
- It is hard for beginners to understand how to use it without training.
- AT Internet allows us to make better informed decisions.
AT Internet seems to be the easiest to use, for a novice. Although none are particularly intuitive to someone without training.
