Overall Satisfaction with Avalara
We are a small business who does not have a dedicated department for accounting, just me and I wear many other hats. Avalara was an amazing find to help us manage and stay on top of ever-changing sales tax rates, as well as the quarterly filings.
- Avalara stays on tops of sales tax rates very well.
- Avalara's site is very user-friendly when reconciling quarterly sales tax returns.
- In the past, when I had issues, it was time-consuming and frustrating to be on the phone with support. However, I can't speak to that now, as it's been quite a while since I've needed support.
- As far as the software, I do [know] that if marked "taxable" that it would not allow me to email an invoice before the tax is calculated. I've accidentally done that quite a few times.
- Avalara has saved me countless hours, especially quarterly, calculating and filing returns.
- I feel much better about our compliance and accuracy as a result of using Avalara.
- We have not added any of these additional capabilities. At this time, we just need it for what we use it for.
