Avaya has leverage the cloud remove the restrictions that the traditional systems and struggling the cross over.

The has fixed our communication gap with users working remotely. Our organization has a hybrid setup with many users working from remote location and need to stay in touch and connected with users in the main office. With the Avaya UCaaS system engaging other users is only a click away.
Integration with Office 365 is a perfect fit for most organizations as this tool is used by most companies. Users have now broadened the scope of their collaboration efforts when the Avaya UCaaS is coiled with O365. Most remote users that I ask for feedback has very positive comments for the integration.
