Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

AVI-SPL provides quotes to my team for Audio Visual equipment. This equipment is either used for events or for conference room builds on the Walt Disney Studio Lot. AVI-SPL also assists in providing my team substitutions for parts that they do not have in stock that the team asks for. These parts help my team provide other post production teams the tools they need.

  • Packing slip information.
  • Improved management of multiple vendors
  • Updated information on supply chain issues
I have never had to contact support.
I do not work in a remote or hybrid working environment, but AVI-SPL has made it easier on my team in terms of making decisions on equipment that fits our needs.

For audio related items, AVI-SPL has been the go-to vendor for my team. My team goes to the same sales representative for our orders, and they make it easy to get exactly what we need and as quickly as possible. Sometimes my team doesn’t have the bandwidth to do research on what the newest version of the product we need, and the sales representative is happy to assist us.
