Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used Basecamp to be part of a joint promotion on Facebook - It was a giveaway where 12 various businesses needed to access and share info. it was a great 'all in one' place to keep things organised and to see at a glance what was completed and what still needed to be done.

Pros and Cons

Easy to see what actions had been completed and what was outstanding.
Quick way to get a message to multiple users.

It all worked really well for our promotion - nothing extra was needed.

Return on Investment

No specific measurable impact but the time saving was definitely a plus.

Slack

We found Basecamp's features to be more better than Slack, especially for a bigger group of people.

We loved the way we could all share our information for the joint promotion and it was really clear of actions and what was still needed to be completed at a glance The joint message thing was sometimes a pain - I would rather just see everyone else's info on the portal but they had the option to share with all which sometimes was not needed.

Basecamp brought us all together!
