Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
We use Big Commerce for online selling (retail and wholesale orders).
- The best technical support department ever. Always there to help.
- Easy to use platform.
- Many features that can be added without extra cost.
- Would be great if geo targeting was available.
- Better integration with Square and Quickbooks would be appreciated.
- It would be great if the checkout function was improved.
- BigCommerce allows me to run my online business with no interruptions.
- The support team is top-notch, easily accessible, provides guidance, and helps with troubleshooting when necessary.
- BigCommerce allows me to have different pricing structures for various customer groups (direct-to-consumer and wholesale). It is easy to set up this option, and it doesn't require extra fees.

We use customer groups to separate customers in retail and wholesale (allows us to offer different pricing and promotions) - Inventory is automatically synced between Square for in-store purchases and BigCommerce for online purchases (avoids overselling) - We easily import orders from BigCommerce into Quickbooks for accounting purposes (it saves a lot of time!).
