The onboarding experience at Birdeye was unmatched. They were very supportive and always available to take time when needed to meet with our team or answer any questions. Their tech team was integral in working with our Tech Ops team to ensure that a custom review request report was fed properly from our system into Birdeye, and tested when launched.

Any question about any feature at any time is always responded to and met with enthusiasm in a timely manner. 10/10 recommend Birdeye simply for the ease of working with the implementation and support team.

Using Birdeye

The usability is great, and the interface takes a while to get used to in understanding where leads come from and how to respond to reviews, but once that is locked down, the system is awesome.
