Overall Satisfaction with BlackLine
Blackline is our main account recon tool but we are hoping to implement journal entries , variances, and matching in the future. Task management and account recon has not been used efficiently but became our library of documents. users also need more training to convince them to use it more
- organized
- easy user friendly site and community group
- customizable
- eliminate glitches (ie buttons disappear /require log out then login)
- announcement of new community group should be sent
- teams need more controls behind it/make it auditor approved
- positive - best way to organize account recons in 1 system
- negative - still trying to leverage tasks but that's updated so frequently that it becomes a burden to update
user experience and customer service was better. Pricing was also favorable with the additional features. Account manager for our company is proactive in working with us, getting full attention. Great support and recommendations on how to implement other features of the package. Good conferences to train our people and show us new features we could use.
