Every user can search for specific documents that are organized on the platform with keywords and sections, see their previews and download the selected file for their own use.

The platform is user-friendly and includes all the main features that the user needs from material browsing, to document preview, until file download. Compared to the mentioned tools, Bloomfire's interface specifically manages to archive and present company materials, for this reason I would suggest Bloomfire as a company platform to globally archive, organize and present materials, documents, presentations and files.
