Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

Our enterprise leverages Bloomfire as the main knowledge source. Our enterprise strategy is to extend Bloomfire to all areas. To achieve this goal, our Knowledge Management (KM) team partners with each department to help them through the migration process. In the process, the team takes time to understand department-specific needs, communicate Bloomfire benefits, build a viable plan of work with the business, develop individual dept knowledge owners and champions that lead to the successful adoption of Bloomfire.

Marcus and his team are on it! They give us a step-by-step process of what's going on behind the scenes which makes us feel like we're part of a great team.
