Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

Optimizing search results. Creating synonyms, creating redirects. Using boost and bury rules to spotlight medline manufactured product.
  • Easy dashboards to use
  • Creating rules is very intuitive.
  • Customer support tickets are resolved pretty quickly.
  • Self-service functions like pulling reporting for ourselves instead of opening a ticket.
  • Auto suggest could be improved.
  • Customer struggle with specific SKU search ability. Especially if the number has dashes in it.
  • Promoting Medline branded material has been a big focus to convert customers using competitive products.
  • We know that approximately 80% of our logged in users use the search functionality, so the smoother experience we can provide them is our main focus to reduce any friction points.
Our direct account manager has been great at getting questions answered for us. Her follow-up has always been done quickly. We appreciate general updates as well that are discussed during our monthly connect meetings. Customer support tickets generally get resolved and closed quickly as well.
The tool does a pretty good job of recommending the correct products based on search keywords. I do see some trouble when the user types in a vague search term which makes it difficult for Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud to try to return accurate results.

In the B2B space, Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud is a very powerful tool to utilize and provides a better customer experience on our site. I think it takes out a lot of the manual work that we had to do with other systems from a merchandising perspective. I would say a less appropriate need for Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud would be if a product catalog rarely changed or customers. Simply use the website to reorder the same thing over and over and not needing to be educated on new product.
