Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

It's the head platform for CRM where communications happen through the sales funnel - from Bloomreach to customers. We create segmentations - automate scenarios - analyze data - A/B tests. We create engagement and convert content. We send customer lists matching specific attributes to Google Ads for algorithm learning. We create popups and weblayers on the website. We send surveys for feedback and ratings

I've had great conversations with customer support where they ask many lead questions to understand my request properly. They take their time with me and I think that is a great customer experience, not only that - they take their time to explain how they come up with solutions.
We've had many cases where we had to use a third-party integration with old platforms in the migrating phase - which I think has great value for our work. We've been able to send and receive data.
The flexibility in Bloomreach can't be beaten by the other platforms. The customer service and the software
